Acceptance
By downloading or using RouteShelf, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RouteShelf on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions & Payments
RouteShelf offers premium access as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Your Content
Places, routes, and notes you create remain yours and are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the content you add and the share files you send to others.
Not a Navigation App
RouteShelf organizes your routes and opens them in third-party map applications. It does not provide turn-by-turn navigation, and travel-time or distance estimates shown in the app are estimates that may differ from actual conditions. Always obey traffic laws and rely on your own judgment while driving.
Third-Party Map Apps
When you start a route, it opens in a map app of your choice (such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Yandex). Those apps are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, routing decisions, or the limits they place on the number of stops.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
RouteShelf is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
