Acceptance

By downloading or using PackMyLook, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PackMyLook on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & Payments

PackMyLook offers an optional premium subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Your Content

Trips, events, outfits, packing lists, and photos you create remain yours and are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the content you add.

Weather Disclaimer

Weather information is provided by Apple Weather and is an estimate that may change or be unavailable, especially for dates far in the future. PackMyLook is not responsible for decisions made based on forecasts.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PackMyLook is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
